Hi Guys- looking to see if anyone else has been in my shoes. About 6 years ago I got debilitating electric zapping feeling in my right arm. When the zap occurred my arm and hand would give out. The zapping turned into just a. Deep ongoing pain in my arm- sometimes bilaterally. It took 4 years for someone to even look at my neck. Before that I was diagnosed with bilateral cubital tunnel. When releases there did nothing, I was finally able to get a cervical mri. The cervical mei showed a disc protrusion at c5-c6. However at the time my neurosurgeon said that couldn’t be causing the amount of pain I had and was told I have thoracic outlet. Fast forward after seeing a thoracic outlet specialist I got surgery for that, which maybe partcially resolved some symptoms but not all and not I have new symptom. A redo mri was don’t in 2025 and now being told that it could be cervical. I’ve had a few opinions, and am wondering if anyone has had success with an endoscopic foraminotomy. This is what’s been suggested to me.
Attaching my images and reports to see what people think. Is there any chance of me ever being pain free?
Also is getting surgery inevitable that you will have to keep getting more and more ?
