in today's div 2, I got smoked out by the first question itself. how do you navigate through such complex questions?

as for me, I easily lose my chain of thought, causing me to forget everything.

and if I get lucky, i still take around 40mins with the first question itself. not for solving. just for getting the bare bones of the question; what is it saying?

I'm a newbie with around 650 rating.
