Hi, I’m recording on a MacBook Pro (M1) using OBS and trying to capture both my mic and internal audio.

The recording works, but when I play it back, my mic is much louder than the system audio (calls/videos), so it’s hard to hear the other person.

I’ve already tried BlackHole and QuickTime without success, and Audio Hijack works but it’s too expensive for how rarely I’d use it. I tried Omi as well, but no luck there.

How can I balance mic and system audio properly in OBS so both are clearly audible?

Does anyone know how to fix the audio levels in OBS, or a better way to record both mic + internal audio on Mac?
