App crashed yesterday and she is gone.

Thought I was safe. Cloud back enabled but no. When I tried to load, still corrupted.

I don’t have the strength to start again with a new birb we have gone through so much together and too many special items and event pets from my 222 days that I’ll never get again.

Only place where people will understand as the mods on official deleted my post.

My app crashed and I got blue screen of doom, data corrupted.

Didn’t panic initially but now I’ve tried to restore by login as had cloud back up on and nooooooo still get corrupted message.

I’ve reached out to support the last time when I just lost gems they just sent me a massive sheet to look at and it was too overwhelming to deal with so I just carried on.

This time Apricot is gone, can’t even redo the special events so I don’t want to start again.

Someone give me hope I can get everything back.
