Guys I signed my I-20 electronically for the pre opt application….its been a month,do you think I should sign it physically and upload it in the unsolicited evidence?

Hello guys,I’ve heard USCIS has stopped processing pre opt….is that true?can anyone who applied for pre opt show the timeline??
