I started off with days almost 2 years ago and I switched a couple months in for the pay increase but now that I’m blue badge and I’ve created bonds with dayshift AMs and OMs they are training up for a PA position, I do a lot more computer work on day shift than nights and overall I just like it more. My manager recently quit and now my supervisor is trying to become and L8 so he’s rarely on the floor for me to speak to him and nobody knows when HITS are dropping for new transfers, but we’re doing our annual hiring event and I just wanna be moved, what is a reason good enough to go thru HR to be switched?
