**Unemployed and rejected for almost 7 months**

There's more to it. I'm not British — I'm an international student. I've got proper work experience in retail and sales back home, and I've been applying to everything I can think of. Still nothing.

What am I supposed to do at this point? Honestly, I'd take any legal minimum wage job. Just looking for part-time, about 20 hours a week, and I can do full-time from June through to the end of August if that helps. I know loads of international students end up doing cash-in-hand stuff, but I don't want to go that way. I tried it once — pay was rubbish, way below minimum wage, the work was mad busy, and I got harassed on top of it. I just want a normal, legit job that pays minimum wage. That's it.
