Hello everyone,

we've been having a problem with our 3CX system for a while now and are hoping someone has encountered this before:

When we send a test email or a "forgot password" email in 3CX, then:

the emails arrive without any problems at personal email addresses

but they don't arrive at shared mailboxes/distribution lists (e.g., department mailboxes that multiple people have access to)

The strange thing is:

Our IT department has checked → the emails are being sent and delivered

There are no blocks or rejections

Nevertheless, the emails don't appear:

in the inbox

in the spam folder

We're using the 3CX built-in SMTP server (mail relay).

Does anyone know what could be causing this?
