For some time my Cayenne Pepper plant has had these "dots" on the underside of its leaves and i was wondering what I could do to fix this. I don't know if it's some kind of insect eggs, because it doesn't seem to be eating leaves and, besides these little white bulges i didn't find anything crawling on the plant or the pot itself. I've tried with a neem oil with zeolite and soft soap, but it still seems to be staying there. What are those? Is it fixable?
