Er said I had mild early stage fat liver but didn’t say anything else?

Hi female 18, weight 170, height 5’0
I went to the er yesterday for upper right side pain and they didn’t have a ultrasound tech on standby so they did a ct and bloodwork, both came back normal, liver enzymes are perfect range but was told I have mild fatty liver and they told me it wasn’t likely that, that’s what’s causing my pain but other then that, what diet should I be on for this? How much exercise a day ?

Upper right side pain, looking for answers not a diagnosis

Hello everyone, i recently started having upper right side pain, not under the ribs just in my side, it started off as dull pain and I didn’t think to much of it, then today it started radiating to my back and it became more stabbing like so I went to the er, the er said they didn’t have a ultrasound tech so they can’t do a ultrasound, they did a ct scan it came back clear along with bloodwork, my liver enzymes are perfect, they said the ct scan was clear and gave me bentyl but it didn’t really help. I was discharged and told to follow up with my gi and pcp and my gi already set me up to have a ultrasound done but it’s on the 22nd of may and I’m just overwhelmed and in pain, I’m sure my anxiety isn’t helping this but I can’t stop thinking about if this is my gallbladder and if it is I’m terrified of the idea of surgery, so much is going through my head and I’m not really looking for a diagnosis and idk if I was supposed to post this here so I’m sorry if I broke any rules I’m just trying to see what other people think on this. Thank you for reading

For those with ibs-c what do you do to help you poop?

I haven’t had a proper bowel movement in 4 days and I’m STRUGGLING, I tried a enema and only a very little amount came out and my stomach is killing me😭

Basically shorten story, when I went to the er a few days ago they ran a bunch of tests for my fast heart rate and couldn’t find out why, sent me home with anxiety meds, I went to the grocery store to go pick them up, ended up fainting, ems took me to a different emergency room where they did more tests and after hours the doctor comes back says I’m all clear and that my symptoms are all linked to pots and gave me a paper to give to my pcp when I see her with a diagnosis but I thought emergency rooms can’t diagnose stuff like that? I thought they can only diagnose/treat life threatening emergencies

I’ve had some on and off jaw pain that gets excruciating. It gets better temporarily with muscle relaxers and nothing otc works. I’ve already been to a dental office and got a custom night guard + my pcp and even the er when the pain was severe.

I’m not sure who to go to, I’ve seen a lot of people say ENTs, Oral surgeons etc

F18, I’ve been in and out of the er these past few weeks and with each time my heart rate has never been below 100 . My blood pressure is normal and oxygen but recently ever since I started getting severe jaw pains I haven’t been able to eat as much or drink as much water but even before this my heart rate always seems to be in the 3 digits. When I was discharged from the er yesterday they said I had sinus tachycardia and should be evaluated for possible POTS, these palpations I experience I mostly notice when trying to lay down to go to bed or when I stand up from bed, sitting in a chair etc. I’m a very overall anxious person and was given anxiety medication but it doesn’t seem to be giving a good affect. Is this something that is going to cause me life long issues? Can sinus tachycardia become life threatening? What can I do to make my heart rate lower?

I’ve been in a horrible acute flare for 4 days now, I’ve tried muscle relaxers I was prescribed for acute flare up emergencies, didn’t help, I tried 3 ibuprofens + 2 Tylenols, my friends mom works at a dentist and said that usually helps tmj patients, I’ve tried ice packs, hot showers and it helps temporarily but hits right back, it’s making me super fatigued, I slept all day today and woke up at 1:30 am in the same amount of pain, it’s 2:38 PM now, I’ve already been to urgent care the last time I had a flare and they gave methylpresidone and 600MG ibuprofen which didn’t touch the pain at all, I went to the dental office which is where I was given the muscle relaxers and now I’m in another acute flare and don’t know what to do or where to go for this to, I can’t see my pcp until may 28th, I’ve been using my custom fit nightguard for 3 weeks, idk if urgent care or the dental office can help me either and im starting to lose my mind im so stuck on what to do.

I started having jaw pain probably 6 weeks ago? I went to urgent care when it started because the pain was so severe, they prescribed steroids, nasal spray and ibuprofen 600mg, it did nothing, I went to a dental office to get checked out, was given muscle relaxers for short term use and they helped reduce pain significantly + excedrin which got rid of the pain for a good amount of time, now 3 weeks later the pain came back and has been varying between severe and moderate on and off, I tried a few muscle relaxers, and excedrin it has done noting for me the past few days, did some stretches for my upper back, neck, shoulders, and jaw didn’t work and now I’m stuck on what I should do, this is really frustrating:(

(I’ve also been wearing a custom fit night guard for 2 weeks )
