Hi everyone! I recently bought this dress for an upcoming spring black tie wedding. The dress code on the invite was a bit confusing so I wanted to get some opinions on if it fits or not. I don’t have a pic of me in it but it’s a heavy dress with nice material and fits great! Ik the invite suggest patterns but I did want something more understated that I know I can rewear

I’ve been having so much difficulty trying to find a dress that fits this dress code. I really love this one but am aware it doesn’t fit a traditional black tie code. Based on the other info, would this work? If not, any other suggestions would be appreciated!
