Location: Venn at Main apartment, right next to the park and old town Bellevue. 5mins walk to Safeway and tons of hotpots, bobas, etc within 1 mile radius. Bus 550 to Seattle right accross the street. Prime location for a life without a car in Bellevue.

The Apartment: 820 sqft, open layout, huge walk-in closet, 2 big windows in each room. Please DM for videos.

Rent: $2717. I can give $500 one time concession. Furniture can stay for free. Market rate for same size apartment is $2940.

Move-in date and duration: earliest move in is June 1st but flexible. Rent is until Aug 4 with an option to renew directly with the landlord.
