Cal-GETC(Previously IGETC) and engineering majors

I'm aiming for UCLA, and I'm finishing all my assist.org preps for ME.
HS AP for APUSH, Lang, phy:C Mech, and Calc BC (4 4 5 respectively)
Major prep important classes taken: Calc 3, Phy III and C++
Major classes: Intro to Matlab, next year(Diff, Statics and circuit analysis)
Cal-GETC (previously IGETC): Almost finished...

Any information about transferring with both Cal-GETC AND engineering course prep? UCLA doesn't take partial Cal-GETC, but full Cal-GETC is accepted, right? I'm not abt to spend money to take history classes at UCLA...

Additionally... my GPA is 4.0... what else CAN I do at a sophomore level to buff up my applications?
