I loooove this house. It shows contingent on the picture when I first click on the listing. But then I scroll down and it shows it got listed for sale again as of 4/30/2026. Does that mean the deal fell through or does it mean it’s contingent and that’s a mistake that it’s listed for sale again? Sorry first time homebuyer new to all of this. Had to google what contingent meant yesterday lol. Why don’t they teach us this in school
