Lines and stains - Ricoh 4002
Hi. I'm having a problem with my Ricoh 4002. The lines you see in the images are on the back side (B). When I print on one side, the printout is normal, but when I print on the other side (B), these smudges appear. If, for example, I print side A on another printer and side B on the Ricoh 4002, the smudges don't appear.
I've already tried increasing the temperature, cleaning and replacing the rollers, changing the toner brand, the paper type, etc., but the lines always reappear.
