
Just so glad i am able to complete hr 49! Right now the hunger pangs are gone. I made sure i had celtic salt under my tongue, black coffee in the morning, lemon water or acv water throughout the day. Instead of hunger i think i just have a need to stay hydrated. Noticed a reduction in my visceral fat already.
I did not think ill survive today but i woke up energized. So truly we do not need food perse. How soon should i let my body rest before doing another 48hr or 72 hr fast?
Update: i made it to hr 70! I needed to be out of the house so i broke my fast with vegetable broth eggs and salmon. I noticed i felt full and could barely finish my salmon. So yes the tummy does shrink in this process.
