Started Ustekinumab a few months ago. I also suffer qma lot of body aches and pains, joint pain etc. Rheumatologist felt that moving to this biologic might help.

I did the initial infusion in January and felt great for a month, then it tapered off with body pain coming back.

First injection was in February and Crohn's wise it's mostly fine, but it didn't have any effect on my body aches this time round.

Is it cumulative? Guessing the infusion is a higher dose? Anyone else had beneficial side effects in terms of joint pains when on this biologic and can give me hope that the next injection or two might bring some relief in that area?
