I'm looking for a place for the first time and want to be able to paint or have peelable wallpaper to help make it my own. I see people doing this all the time in renter friendly ways, and I understand that each place has different rules. However, it seems like no houses around here allow that. Am I mistaken at the number of places that allow changing the walls, or do people just change them anyway even if they're told they can't? If they just do it anyways can they get kicked out? I feel like it would be hard to keep it a secret with regular maintenance and 6 month inspections. Any help/advice is appreciated.

Hello, I want to dehydrate various fruits to use in my tea and I wanted to keep them in the pantry. How long would these last in mason jars and is there any way to extend their shelf life at room temp? Thankyou
