Has anyone ordered from the kazumi coffee system website before? https://kazumicoffee.com

I have an order they continue to tell me is in production…. For the last five months.

When asking for a refund they insist they owe me nothing because of terms of service, yet they cannot deliver my full original order. The original time frame guaranteed was 30-48 business days.

We are well past that.

The customer service phone number connects you to an office in New York City that sounds like a voicemail box recorded from a speaker phone.

Trying to work to figure out if it was a scam, or if others are actually getting products.
