This is my first planted aquarium, it’s a 10 gallon top fin starter kit, i used fluval stratum for the substrate with a little black gravel sprinkled over top. I used a piece of mopani wood and attached an Anubias Barteri (left) and a java fern (right) and planted dwarf hairgrass all around. The starter kit comes with a bright white LED but i’m not sure if this is enough to effectively grow my plants. I know the hairgrass is the most demanding but i’m just not sure if it will carpet effectively with this light. I’m also using seachem flourish and flourish excel. The attached image is the setup right after i finished setting it up. Any advice or comments would be appreciated. Thanks guys!
