I go through this intersection often and turn left at the second intersection (where the top arrow is), but I wait to get into the turning lane after I get past the first intersection. I’m confused if the dotted lines indicate that this turning lane goes through the intersection? So if I want to turn left at either intersection I should get in that lane?
