Being Charged For a “No Charge” Bag?
Good morning, first time poster. I have a credit card with them and one of the perks was 1 free checked bag. I went to check in this morning and they’re telling me I need to pay for the bag both ways. Am I crazy? I clearly have an email confirmation that says otherwise? What can I do?
