If the spark driver who force-completed my order and stole my groceries happens to be reading this, I hope every bite of that food gives you gut-busting indigestion to the point you are exploding out both sides, you cowardly, thieving, mouth breathing piece of human garbage. I live tighter than paycheck to paycheck. I am into my daily pay every day just to float the bills, and the money I spend on that food was all I had because every penny I have left has to go to rent and my gas to get to work. So I will be going to bed hungry. for the next 5-8 days. It takes 3-5 business days to get a refund, and it's a Saturday, so that process doesn't even start until Monday.... I am so angry I want to punch things and cry. I hate that I'm powerless in all of this, I hate that I'm hungry, and I hate that you didn't just ask me for some food if you needed it because I would have shared! I hope they lose their job as a Spark driver because I learned through the Walmart staff that they "force completed" multiple orders of the large batch of orders they were given. I think what really pisses me off the most is that I pay for Walmart+, which at this point feels like more of a minus... and i paid taxes, just to get robbed. like WtF?! Gonna drink some coffee and hope it makes me feel less hungry and wait to see what Walmart is gonna do..... Fuck...
Update: After spending another hour and a half making circular phone calls, I finally spoke to a woman at the store willing to do some serious digging. After going through computer systems and the back room, she determined that all of the orders my driver was assigned went missing last night. They are investigating the driver and will likely have them removed from Spark. They were able to get another manager involved who was able to pull up my itemized list, and they said I can pick it up in an hour! I'm so happy! When I get paid, after I pay my rent, I'm going to buy a cookie cake for the online pick up associates for all of their help! Thanks so much for all the love and support! Love you guys! <3
