Hello all 👋 I retired in 2025 & about 4 months later my youngest child was no longer eligible for health ins under my pension plan. I’m still being charged extra health insurance premiums with my pension. I’ve contacted BCBS and OPM several times but literally NO ONE answers the phone I have written letters submitted Help ticket thru OPM & emails. I recently sent an email to OIG to file a complaint but now they are giving me the run around. My research indicated OIG is who I should file a complaint about OPM. Now, I’m being told OIG is not correct agency to file complaint about inaction from OPM for over 8 months now. Should I contact my congressperson?
