I went to Fukuoka last year and visited a temple where you could draw a piece of paper that tells your fortune about life, career, love, health, and more. Everything seemed normal except for the part about my health—it said I would face a serious health issue.

True enough, I got sick, and until now, I’m still on medication. I know omikuji is only meant to serve as a guide, but I forgot to tie mine at the temple and ended up bringing it back with me to the Philippines.

I’d like to ask for some advice—should I get rid of it now, or is it okay to just keep it? Thank you very much.
