What happens if buyer reports it doesn’t fit!?
I sold a vintage track jacket tagged as xxxl put in the description the pit to pit measurements and that it fits much closer to a large or xl. And put in the title it fits close to a large of xl. Buyer has messaged to say he’s not tried it yet but it looks too small. I’ve replied with did you read the description etc in a polite way. He hasn’t raised an issue yet but I feel it’s coming. Do I just accept a return when he raises the issue or dig my heels because I put the true fit sizing everywhere! Does vinted side with a seller on these instances!?
