Yes I know, asking reddit this lol 😆😅

Bit I have been taking pains to limit my screentime, replacing it with other things, etc. And even reddit I kinda lapsed the last few days after not using it for months, so I'm going to be using an app blocker soon, but I didn't realize how offline I had become or how much it worked until I listened to this podcast about Internet stuff and went

"I had no idea about this"

I guess I'm on the right track lol it's been helping my anxiety no doubt, it's just hard especially at work because I do janitorial so there's a lot of empty space where I can fall into doom scrolling easily if I'm not careful

Anyone else been trying to toe the line between offline-but-still-informed? If so do you think it comes easier to our age group because of our middle place in technology advancement in our younger years (it wasn't as much a part of our growing up as younger full gen z and alpha, but it wasn't totally without it like some older gens)
