Mini “vent”/ semi advice seeking about consistency!

Not trying to be too negative haha, just disappointed in myself :p

I’ve been trying to be really good about skating at least every 2 days or so even if it’s just a few mins to get comfy and was doing well but haven’t in 2 freaking weeks now and I’m just annoyed at myself. I have adhd and struggle to keep with things and really have been determined to stick w this and hate when I don’t.

Well…a cat we took in recently was apparently pregnant (she’s fixed now and would have been if we hadn’t gotten her somewhat recently) and we ended up having to take her in for an emergency c-section and I’ve pretty much felt like I had a newborn (aware it’s not actually the same lol- just being hyperbolic) caring for them around the clock- making sure they had a safe area- weighting- feeding- medicating- etc- and now I realize I haven’t skated in forever. Does anyone have any advice for what to do on the harder/busier days (like indoor drills for example) or any advice in general for an adhd girlie lol? Thanks <3 just wanted to come here and b honest since I’ve been sharing my journey and unfortunately this is part of it. I will include pics of adorable mama and baby because I feel it’s needed LMAO.
