Just an observation: a group of crows is called a murder, and both of the people being buried were murdered by the MIY/Sophia. Indeed, one crow lands right in front of one of the graves.
Sophia does not look happy to see the crows. With the glasses, I can't quite tell if she is displaying disgust or fear, but she clearly doesn't like it, and nobody's looking at her right now, so I don't think she's roleplaying. While part of her goal in being there is to sow seeds of division, it's also to her advantage to misdirect people into thinking negatively of the Matthews' family so nobody thinks, "Hey, we never had crows at a funeral before Sophia showed up."
If we go with the idea that the crows are a warning, it's also interesting (and concerning) that the crow landed near Victor later in the episode after his find.
