update post about my birthday

so I’m not sure if you guys remember but I posted a question in the beginning of the month on whether or not I should eat sugar on my birthday and decided I was going to.. well I’ve thought about it and decided against it due to the fact that I don’t even crave the stuff I wanted anymore and it’s not worth risking so instead I’m gonna treat myself to a dinner that’s not so sugary and a bit more healthy! thank u guys for your support on my last post

so my birthday is in about less than a month and I haven’t been eating added sugars and stuff just fruits, honey, and maple syrup for abt 2 months. I rarely crave sugar but I want to eat pancakes and a shake from shake shack the day of my birthday. Do u guys think that would be okay and is there any preparation I should do ahead of time? This is more of a lifestyle change and I don’t plan on ever eating sugar regularly again but since it’s my birthday I think it might be nice.. I’m conflicted though because I don’t want to get addicted again

edit: thank you guys all for the support! im gonna go ahead and skip the milkshake and have the pancakes.. ill prob update you guys on my birthday so well see<3
