This vile beast decided that she would escape while my wife was out hanging laundry. The gate didn't latch properly and out she went!
She had a little hike through the woods, did a little fishing in the creek, pooped in some yards, and then right when we thought we had her cornered, she darted by us and right towards a major intersection.
Fortunately, she must have noticed some good sales, because she ran into the thrift store. We followed behind to see her running up and down the aisles acting a fool, before laying with her belly up for the cashier to pet.
How embarrassing to have to drag your husky out of the damn thrift store. At least the ladies at the cash thought it was funny and said she was welcome to come shopping any time...
Glad to have her back home, but oh my days she drives us crazy sometimes.
This isn't as bad as the time I found her in the pub, but that's a story for another day...
