The very last column and very last row refers to Real Assets House Value.

If this is one's principle place of residence would the value be added to the estate value of the investment portfolio? Is the listed Real Assets House Value today's dollars or future dollars? Do you calculate the appreciation using the latest FP Canada recommendations?
