Hello. I am a female, and before anything else, I have bad chonric illness/CFS that sometimes doesn't allow me to leave bed for weeks - this would include no cooking nor eating,etc for beings so ill.
Nevertheless,I have been finallly steadily recovering,meaning I have more enery to be active ,and even started going to the gym in small increments of time. Yet I still barely feel any apetite every day.
The real deal:
- I weight 60kgs am an 160cm and would like to lose 5kg due to health
- my stomatch is contstabtly bloated, like 100% of the time and that contrasts with the rest of my slender figuer - it makes people assume I am pregnant
- I started going to the gym doing only machines I can, to avoid CFS flareups; so far I started at 20mins and increasing to 30mins for now, with the goal being one hour one day. I also go for walks around the neightbourhood quite a bit
Anyway, no weight lost!!! None at all. Does anyone have good advice such where to start, how to burn belly fat or even an free app to count calories. Should I try and fast, especially water fasting (water also causes me to be bloated). Something I think this is because I have a slow metabolism.
Any medicationn helps? Like laxatives and etc. thord this sort of think work?
