
20yr old low test next steps?
Low test, 6’3 75kg. Very active, gym 1.5-2 hours a day 5-6 days a week. Have always had various symptoms of low test however have never considered it to that as doctors related it to other conditions. Dunno if it’s worth mentioning I’ve been on and off antidepressants since a kid, mostly ssris. No ssris a month before this test, taken 9am after good sleep. I eat healthy, take zinc, vitamin d magnesium supplements, can’t seem to put it to any particular lifestyle things.
