Hey everyone, I’m currently at Sheppard AFB in tech school training to become an F-15 crew chief. I’m about to graduate Fundamentals of Aircraft Maintenance and should be starting track soon. My first duty station after training is going to be Eglin AFB.

I had a question for anyone who’s been through the F-15 pipeline recently. After finishing track training, how long is the hands-on training at Seymour Johnson AFB usually? I’ve heard different things from different people, so I was curious what the timeline actually looks like nowadays and what the day-to-day is like once you get there before heading to your actual duty station.

Any advice or info from people who’ve gone through it would be appreciated.
