So I'm very new to all things boating, and I got a used motor off of fb marketplace. It turns over, the flywheel spins, and the propeller too. I've checked and confined....

Compression is good

Spark is good

Fuel is getting into the carb

appears to be sucking air into the carb

Kill cord is fine

I'm starting in nutrual

I really appreciate anyone's help. Fyi, I'm in Oak Ridge/Knoxville, TN, if anyone might be close to look at it or recommend me to a shop just lmk.
