Pretty much the title. This brown/yellow stuff is littering the bottom my my bathtub. Doesn't come off too well with a sponge and a lot of elbow grease. But was able to scrape some of it off with my nails, just as a test. Have experienced this buildup many times before. But have always wondered what the cheapest way to clean this stuff is.

I initially read something about mixing vinegar paste with baking soda to take care of it. But I was curious if you guys had any easier/cheaper ways to do it?

Edit: Work is crazy and will respond to all when possible. But I am definitely going to get a new and better curtain for sure.
