I got banned 10 days ago for "Toxicity" .
I checked the demo, all 29 rounds of it. Not even once I was toxic or griefed the match, we actually WON it, only thing I did was nade window smoke for my mate watching with awp which caused him to take some damage, but that didn't lost the round nor the match, nor didn't the nade kill him.
I wrote to support 10 days ago, the AI Bot sent me a message to respond to if I think my ban is unfair, I responded. After 10 days I get a response from one of the faceit admins, the response is THE SAME as the AI BOT .. I am still banned even tho I haven't did anything wrong. What more can I do ? u/FACEIT_Darwin
