I was pretty constipated for a while at the peak of my SIBO, but now I can manage minimum 2 bowel movements a day. But I haven’t had any relief with the gas production, especially belching. I was given linzess but if I’m already regular so I don’t want to just give myself diarrhea for the sake of it.

I know there’s several components that lead to SIBO but I wouldn’t thought that decreasing my constipation meant stuff was moving through more quickly, which would lead to less gas and bloating.
