Let’s say there’s a reserve for pets that guarantees your pet lives a better life than it does currently. Do you voluntarily give up your pet to the reserve? At what quality of life % increase are you willing? You would have to donate the amount of money you would have spent on the pet across its life had it remained your pet though.
