Hey guys, I am a 30M. Been serving in the Navy since 2018 mostly in the Navy Reserve till 2024 where I took ADOS orders. Currently still serving on these orders till 2028. I am a E5 in a E7 billet current title is Program Manager. Prior to these orders in my civilian career I was working as Program Associate for a Fintech company and during that time was able to get my Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma. Since going on these orders I started school and pursuing my degree in Project Management. After 2028 I am not sure what I should do… My main focus during these orders was to make E6, degree and pay off debt (finally hit 700+ credit score) and I am on track to do all of that but not sure what to do after that…
