We adopted this sweet girl but we can’t figure out if she’s BC or Australian shepherd or a mix of both!

I’ve had my Mirena IUD for almost 2 years now. Sometimes I have really really bad cramping but it gets so bad that I get lightheaded, start salivating and last night I even threw up from the pain.
Im also allergic to NSAIDs so I can only take tylenol which doesn’t do enough for me. Doesn’t take the pain away at all.
This happens every few months (not every month) but I’ve never threw up before I always try to deep breath and control it but last night it was so painful that I had to throw up.
Has anyone experienced this?
I have a gyno appointment by the end of the month and I dont know if I should request an ultrasound.
I really want this birth control method to work because apart from that it has been amazing (no weight gain, no acne, no shifts in moods)
Does anyone recommend another birth control? (no pills because I developed migraines with those and can’t use them)
