Hi!

I'm doing degree evaluation with WES and have already provided them the diploma certificate and the transcript (through my institution). WES then added an additional requirement called "Doctoral Degree Confirmation", but it's not listed on the list of the required documents and there no instructions on what I/my institution should submit.

Has anyone had this requirement before? What kind of document did you provide, was there a template in your WES account, and did you or your institution have to provide it?

I asked them for help several times by phone, by chat, and by the Contact Us form, and even wrote to cspriority@wes.org, but no one is getting back to me or updating my account, their customer support is such a bad joke.
