Things are finally moving !
Apologies in advance for the TMI poop content, hence the NSFW tag.
I’m currently 31 weeks pregnant and have spent majority of my third trimester constipated. But up until about 15 minutes ago I hadn’t pooped in THREE days. When you’re already tight on space this makes things SO much worse I could barely eat because I was just so backed up.
I had been taking Magnesium Glycinate before bed but recently stopped because it was giving me really disturbing dreams. HOWEVER I remembered how it does help with getting my bowels moving. Literally just took two capsules (240mg total) and within 10 minutes I had a life changing poo.
If anybody else is experiencing constipation, I cannot recommend magnesium glycinate enough, I would take it at least a few hours before bed though.
