Hey guys I’d been using about a pack a day of 8mg Onn pouches for a few years now. Decided that on Thursday that I’m done, cold turkey.

I’m dealing with some serious brain fog right now, wondering how long that takes to go away? I’m a sales leader and brain fog + sales doesn’t work great…

Also it may just be me, but am finding myself looking to drink alcohol more to cope with the weird feeling without nicotine? Any thoughts or advice on that would be huge.
