Might be TMI on female reproduction system sorry.

Hello everyone,

I am a female, 24 years old, 168 cm (5 feet 6 inches), 72 kg (~156 lbs). My weight max was about 88 kg (194 lbs) during covid and long period of inactivity due to surgery, and I've been slowly losing with breaks since, calory restriction.

My calories during restriction are 1300-1500, during maintenance comfortable zone is 1600-1800. Protein is 90-120g (trying to eat more but I find it hard to eat satiating food...) I am taking escitalopram (SSRI), started half a year ago, have gained up to 76 on it before losing again over last four months. I am in France, but I am not active much, just daily commute and a park walk with a weights gym session on the weekends, so I used sedentary level of activity.

This puts me into still-overweight category, but I'm running into a problem: I lost my period. My doctor thinks it's possible both my calorie estimation - even maintenance - and protein intake might be too low. Does anyone know how realistic that is?

I'm mostly eating twice per day, with no snacks. Typical meal is protein, potatoes and vegetables. I don't like carbs so I don't eat much of them, just wholegrain bread. Any tips of getting more calories and protein in without feeling too full?
