I’ve taken the tiles off and about to replace but a lot of the cement had stuck to the concrete floor. I’ve spent 2 hours trying to get rid of as much as possible but the remaining stuff isn’t budging. Is it ok to lay the cement and tile on this surface (once free of debris)? Thanks in advance!
