I have tried to talk to some lawyers, but no one seems to want to hear me out or even call back. I have had CRPS since I was 15. I got reinjured in 2017 at work and from 2018 to 2020. I had worker comp until 2020 when they declared me maximum medical improvement, and I did not think to apply for SSDI until my job fired me. When I did apply, they declared me disabled but I didn't qualify for SSDI, so I got SSI instead. Honestly, I was grateful for it and just to have insurance. However, looking back, I had 11 work credits when I was 27. I needed 12, but I also noticed that my work when I was 18 and 19 only showed I a few dollars paid, so I definitely should have the work credits even though my employer didn't pay into it. Also, can i pay into the insurance when I was on worker's comp? I had insurance during that time when I wasn't working that I was paying out of pocket.
