Hey everyone! Sorry if this is the wrong place to be posting, please guide me to the right place if so.

I'm from INDIA and I've been wanting to open my own cafe for almost a year now after running a home bakery but have no idea how to start and where to even begin with.

It all seems so easy in thought but everything involved in actually doing it is so vast, confusing and daunting to me. My dad passed away about a year ago when I wanted to begin with this and I'm still only 23 so I have no one to guide me through the processes.

I'd love it if there's anyone here who'd be willing to give me their time and energy to help explain everything from where to start and the steps involved, what are the requirements and how day to day operations really are?

EDIT- I do want to mention that I need advice for the steps y'all followed while opening your cafe/ restaurant.

What licenses or permits you would need to run it.

Any non negotiables with the equipments, interiors, plumbing, electricity and how you went about it.

How to go about the hiring processes.

Any tips on renting spaces and if so making any additions/ conditions in the contract

How maintenance works and what are the cleaning procedures/ safety procedures followed
