I've booked tickets in Odeon to watch a film in Screen 1. I haven't been in years so I took a look at the reviews to see if it was worth going. Most of them are awful with complaints about the screens, staff, theatre experience, you name it. Whilst it might be naive to think, I hope that most people who go to Odeon or have been lately have found that it's not the shit-show people on google reviews have made it out to be.
That's why I ask: Is Odeon really that bad?
